1. Under normal use conditions, due to the failure caused by the quality problem of this product, from the date of product purchase, users can obtain after-sales service support provided by Xiangpai Technology with seven-day return, fifteen-day replacement, and one-year warranty;

2. For products within the warranty period, the user must provide the warranty card and purchase voucher with the product to the maintenance center designated by Xiangpai Technology for repair;

3. Product failure caused by the following situations is not covered by the warranty:

a) Failure and damage to the product due to incorrect operation, negligent use or improper storage not in accordance with the instructions in the manual;

b) failure and damage caused by fire, lightning strike or natural disaster of force majeure;

c) Faults and damage caused by repairs, disassembly and assembly carried out in repair centers not recognized by Xiangpai Technology;

d) Product crushing or key damage caused by human causes;

e) Products that have exceeded the warranty period of the product;
